Lovely ambiance, great service, and delicious fresh food! We had the vegetable tempura, the soft shell crab tempura, salmon lover's choice, and Japan otoro boat. All were very fresh and tasted great!
Sushi Spot Waikiki really blew me away with its melt-in-your-mouth otoro bowl and perfectly crispy soft crab tempura! easily some of the best I've had. The flavors were fresh and rich without being overpowering, and the textures were spot-on. What really made the experience shine, though, was the staff, who checked in on us frequently. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just craving something special after the beach, this place hits the spot.
Great service - we were seated outdoor and it was a great choice for nighttime dining! I've traveled around the globe and this some of the best sushi I've had!

The boss himself came to us and served us some of the most delicious sashimi I've ever had that he caught himself. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are extremely polite and friendly, and I can't even say enough about the food. If I ever come back to Oahu, this will be the first place I come back to.
While traveling for work, last day, trying to get everything in that I possibly could. First off the service was amazing, I walked in ten minutes before last call to order. The gentleman serving me helped me order, my husband always orders when we have sushi. He was not only patient but kind as well. He checked on me and made sure I was enjoying my meal. I sat outside on the patio and it was very comfortable. Thank you kind sir for allowing me to order my dinner and eating without feeling rushed. Oh, my dinner was delicious too!!!

Wow, 5star homestyle cooking you just cannot find anymore. I ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and the Hamachi Kama. Upon arrival, I was immediately sent to the wok fire days of grandpa slaving over the day old rice. So good. The hamachi Kama was cooked for 18minutes perfectly. Charred gently and flakey tender through and through. What a treat. Sushi can be so boring sometimes, I'm glad a took a chance on the home school dishes. I'm coming back for the rest. Maybe I'll try the original location in Aiea. Either way, I'm bringing the rest of the family. Btw. Service was awesome, ambiance is just ok. Maybe try the outside seating.
This is a mom and pop business (support local!). Great service, cute outdoor patio that's well shielded with plants from the road noise and passerbys. Wait staff were super on top of it -- so friendly and we never wanted for anything. The owner stopped by too, so sweet. It probably helped that we came here with someone who lives 2 doors down. :) We got 3 rolls -- a baked dynamite, a goodbye Dracula, and a phoenix. All were delish, nice presentation, fresh. My fav was the baked dynamite, the fish was so tender and moist. 100% recommend!
